    So excited the girls from troop 81378 are participating the Inaugural Parade tomorrow in Washington, DC

    Daisy Troop #81537 completed an amazing year. They are about to have a bridging pool party this summer, where they will receive their earned bridging badge as well as the Daisy Summit Award. They
    completed all three Journeys as Daisies and executed 3 amazing Take Action Projects!

    Troop 81378 03(SU 3) hosted the Teen Lock-In last Friday night. We had a Chinese New Year Celebration with great food, Tai Chi, Yoga, Skin Care, Nail Bar, Hair Bar, Game Room, Blossom Painting, Coin
    Bracelet Making, Dragon Puppets, etc. It was fun for everyone!

    Troop 81172 joined in the FROG Spread the Bread service project this past weekend. The girls had a great time making bread and plan on increasing the amount of bread for next year!

    Members of Troop 81378 went on the FROG Trip to Salem & Boston, MA Oct. 17-20. We attended Haunted Happenings, went to the Witch Museums, saw a re-enactment of a witch Trial, attended the Gallows
    Hill Theater, Pirate Museum and went on a walking tour in Salem. In Boston some walked portions of the Freedom Trail, went to the New England Aquarium, ate and shopped at Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market.
    It was a great trip especially the stop at Chocolate World in Hershey on the way home.

    Troop 81378 SU 37-3 is into exploring new activities and opportunities this year. Our first experience was Belly Dancing. We had a Belly Dancing instructor come to our meeting and the girls learned
    about veils, finger cymbals and body movement. It was great fun for them all, as well as a Mom who participated. We're on to our next adventure in a couple of months...Scuba Discovery Class

    Members of Troop 81378 went to Alaska on an Un-Cruise Adventure. They snorkeled off Baranoff Island, saw whales, sea otters, bears, deer, bald eagles, heron's, etc. They learned about the Tlingit
    Indian culture, kayaked, learned to paddleboard and went on skiff tours. It was an amazing trip full of education and learning Alaska while immersed in the environment. It was a great trip!

    Junior Troop 81142 SU 37-5 earned their bronze award by making and distributing over 200 various cards for a local senior home. They also used a large portion of their cookie sales to purchase wish
    list items for the home. Congrats girls! You made a difference in our community!

    Brownie Troop 81078 in SU 37-3 hosted a Daisy Troop and worked with them on earning the Making Friends Badge. on May 6th. Everyone had a great time!

    Troop 81378 (SU 37-3)
    was at Girl Scout Day at the National Air and Space Museum last month. They were able to complete their requirements for the Sky Badge at the museum. They also helped out at the registration and
    patch table for several hours. The girls all really liked the museum, especially the gift shop!

    Troop 81078 (SU 37-3) went on a tour of Petco yesterday to learn more about animals in conjunction with working on their Pets Badge. They saw fish and learned the difference between fresh water and
    salt water fish. They also saw the birds, hamsters, rats, mice, ferrets, kittens, etc. They were able to see the grooming area and talked to the Cockatoo in the Vets Office.
